At Wholefood Merchants, we strive to provide the highest quality organic products, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy for unopened items. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods or opened food products.

Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
Approval & Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
