The Well and Good Choc Fudge Brownie Mix is gooey fudgie goodness in a box. Bake a no-fail brownie that's deliciously indulgent and super-easy to make.
A versatile mix you can use to make traditional brownies or bliss balls - excellent for entertaining or a mid-morning treat.
Each box includes the brownie mix and a bag of vegan chocolate chips.

YOU WILL NEED:
- 325g Choc Fudge Brownie Mix
- 75g Dairy-Free Choc Chips
- 2 Large Eggs
- 100g Butter or Copha
METHOD:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (160°C fan forced). Grease and line a 20x20cm baking tray.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave for 2 minutes. Mix well to combine.
- Beat eggs in a mixing bowl and add piping hot chocolate mix. Combine well.
- Add the choc fudge brownie mix and stir. Place in prepared baking tray and bake for 19 minutes.
VEGAN OPTION: Simply replace the 2 eggs with Well & Good High Performance Egg Replacer and replace the butter with Copha. Copha will need to be microwaved for a further 1 1/2 minutes. Cooking will require an added 4 minutes.
